The мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê Promise Program is a guaranteed scholarship program for eligible мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê residents that ensures all tuition and fees are covered at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê's public universities. мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê's first statewide financial aid program is making higher education more accessible and affordable for мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê students and families. How it Works
Live in мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê
Qualifying students must be an мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê resident and high school graduate with a 2.5 GPA or higher.
Complete the FAFSA
Qualifying students must complete and submit the FAFSA by April 1 of their senior year.
Qualify for Pell
Qualifying students must receive a federal Pell Grant award.
Enroll at ASU, NAU or U of A
Qualifying students must enroll at an мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê public university.
