WHEN: Thursday, Sept. 15, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• 9 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. –  (call to order, 9 – 9:05 a.m.; executive session, 9:05 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.)
• 1 – 3:10 p.m. –  (call to order, 1 – 1:05 p.m.; executive session, 1:05 – 1:25; public session, 1:30 – 3:10 p.m.)
• 3:25 - 5 p.m. –  (public session, 3:25 – 5 p.m.)

Any item on the agendas may be considered at any time out of order at the discretion of the board or committee chairs. The board or committees may discuss, consider or take action regarding any item on the agendas. During the meetings, the board or committees may convene in executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and for legal advice regarding any item on the agendas.
