"The board is greatly disappointed in the Attorney General’s decision to prolong senseless litigation in the Omni case by to review his latest defeat in the �¼������ϲ� Court of Appeals. This litigation has been rebuked at every turn by �¼������ϲ� courts. It is regrettable that �¼������ϲ� taxpayers lose most of all as the Attorney General refuses to recognize and uphold established law and instead insists on a further waste of taxpayer dollars."
